Damien was an amazing landlord. We rented from him for a year and a half. We originally looked at a different property of his, but he recommended the one we ended up living in as it was a better fit for us. Properties were well maintained and clean. Any issues we had were quickly resolved and he was easy to get a hold of regarding any issues. He's extremely friendly and easy to deal with.
